  2. DIY Upload: Alternatively, you can simply unbox the book, connect it to your computer, and upload those special memories yourself. Sometimes your videos may need to be converted to the right format to be compatible with our video books - please contact me if you encounter any issues and I will happily help!
  3. Blank Book Gift: For a more personal touch, give the recipient a blank book. They can then add their cherished moments at their convenience, creating a truly personalised keepsake. The video book will come with a how-to instruction video.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does it work?

Memmoly's video books are wedding and other event video albums with an embedded video player and speakers.

If you already have access to the video, you can upload a link to the video on the products page and I will pre-load it for you. The link can be a YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.

If you don't have access to the video, you can connect the video book to any computer with the provided micro USB cable and upload your video onto the device, just like how you would do it with any other USB drive. You can easily drag and drop new video files onto it or delete old video files off of it.

Please note: The video needs to be 16x9 ratio (1920 x 1080 or 1280 x 720 resolution), otherwise you may get an error that says 'NO FILE'.

If this error comes up, you are required to resize the video aspect ratio using free softwares such as Adobe Video Resizer (https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/video/resize).

Can you upload the video for me?

Absolutely! Please follow the instructions under "How does it work?" on the product page to have us upload your video for you.

How long can my videos be?

There is no limit to the length of video(s). However, the length of the video(s) is truly limited by the 4GB of internal memory. 

We recommend videos up to 15 minutes in length for the best experience. There should be plenty of memory for your wedding highlight films or any other short form videos. 

What video formats work best?

The Video Books play all standard video file types like .mp4 and .mov. The same video format that is used to upload to social media sites like YouTube, Vimeo and Facebook will work best on the device.

Please note: The video needs to be 16x9 ratio (1920 x 1080 or 1280 x 720 resolution), otherwise you may get an error that says 'NO FILE'.

Can I load multiple videos onto the book?

Absolutely! The video book acts as a USB device so you can load as many videos as you want onto the device (up to 4GB). 

You can organise the videos and have them play in a certain order by simply renaming and adding a number before each file. Files starting with the lowest number will always play first followed by the next videos.

Can I upload photos?

Yes of course! Loading photos onto the video book is just as easy as loading videos. The photos will play as a basic slideshow after your videos. We’d even recommend adding a .mp3 audio file so there is background music to your slideshow!

Incredible

I came across this brand on Facebook and after reading all the fabulous reviews I had to order one. It arrived promptly, was packaged beautifully and even had a hand written note inside. It is absolutely beautiful and comes exactly as described. I have not yet received my wedding video to load onto it but I know that when I'm ready to, it'll be a seamless process. LOVE LOVE LOVEEE

Great quality product

Great quality product. Sound and picture are very good. I uploaded all 5 of my videos (2hrs+) on there myself and was easy as, i even was able to change the order of the videos again as the 1st time i mucked the order up. I was also impressed you can press the fast forward button and it can skip the whole video and goes to the next. Which when one video is 50 minutes long it really is a bonus. I highly recommend this product.
