Memmoly's Video Books are modern keepsake albums with a built-in video player and speakers, designed to beautifully showcase your wedding or event video.

Think of it as a family album — but instead of flipping through photos, you open the cover to instantly relive your special moments through video. Whether it’s your wedding, engagement, elopement, or any milestone, your memories are right at your fingertips — no internet, no fuss.

If you already have access to your video, the easiest way is to share a link (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox, Google Drive) when placing your order — I’ll pre-load the video for you so it's ready to go straight out of the box! This is the recommended option to avoid any issues with compatibility or formatting.

Prefer to upload it yourself? You can absolutely do that too! Just connect your video book to any computer using the included micro USB cable. It works like a regular USB drive — simply drag and drop your video file onto the device, or delete and replace old files as needed.

Important:

• For landscape books, your video should be in 16:9 ratio (1920x1080 or 1280x720).

• For portrait books, use 9:16 ratio (1080x1920 or 720x1280).

If the video isn’t in the correct aspect ratio, you may see a "NO FILE" error. Don’t worry — I can fix this for you or help resize it. You’re also welcome to use free tools like Adobe’s Video Resizer, but I’m always happy to take care of it for you!

There’s no limit to the length of your video(s) - you’re welcome to upload as long or as many videos as you'd like, as long as the total file size is under 4GB. If you're unsure, we’re happy to help you check or compress the file for you!

The Memmoly video book battery lasts for about 4 hours of continuous play. On standby, it can hold a full charge for up to 12 months, so it’s ready whenever you want to relive your special moments.

Each video book is shipped partially charged, so we recommend giving it a full charge before first use for the best experience.

You can easily organise the playback order by renaming your video files. Just add a number at the beginning of each file name — videos will play in numerical or alphanumeric order, starting from the lowest.

For example:
01_ceremony.mp4
02_speeches.mp4
03_first_dance.mp4

This way, your Memmoly video book will play the videos in the exact sequence you choose.

Memmoly video books support all standard video file types, including .mp4 and .mov.

If your video is already formatted for sites like YouTube, Vimeo, or Facebook, it will work perfectly on the device — no need to convert!

All standard HD video formats work great with Memmoly video books. We recommend:

Landscape: 16:9 aspect ratio (1920x1080 or 1280x720)

Portrait: 9:16 aspect ratio (1080x1920 or 720x1280)

📌 Note: 4K or Ultra HD (UHD) files are not supported — but trust me, the video quality is still top notch!
