Refund policy

CHANGE OF MIND OR EXCHANGE POLICY 

We offer a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return if you’ve changed your mind.

To be eligible, your item must be returned in new, unused condition, along with all original packaging and materials. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the full price of the item(s) to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • A flat return shipping fee of $8.90 will apply and be deducted from your refund.

  • Return shipping fees are not refundable.

  • However, if the item is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping costs in full.

To begin your return, email us at hi@memmoly.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

FAULTY ITEMS 

In the rare case your order arrives damaged, we’ll happily replace the item or issue a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.

To ensure we can help as quickly as possible, please:

  • Inspect your order within 3 business days of receiving it

  • Report any damage within 3 business days by emailing hi@memmoly.com

  • Keep all original packaging, as we may need it for claims or returns
